A search for "alternative treatments for acne" turned up:

Interesting to read, IMO. Who knows, maybe herbal supplements and a new diet could combat acne. Just throwing up suggestions.

I will get together some info after I shake this Worm of my PC. ACV is like pure death in a liquid form it is suposidly healthy for you but it kills just about any bacteria which is not always good and it is the most vile thing you will ever smell or taste but it should burn the acne right of your face. The stuff is treated in a special way kind of like wine it is produced in a special type of wooden barrel and it stays out of the sun. Some of the ACV's look like spyder webs in a dark liquid the stuff is horrible but if you really want to get rid of the acne it does the trick. I tried it out and it brought my acne down a lot and I have way less now however I could't do it for more then two weeks because the stuff made me so sick.

But the ACV is used both as a topical and to drink? It's the same stuff, there's no special version?

And what does it do? You said it will "burn" the acne off. Were you speaking literally? It produces a burning sensation? Like alcohol or peroxide? Worse?
