What's the fascination with alcohol? I realize you all aren't perfect, i.e. Methodists, but that's why I don't understand it.

I'm half joking, but I still don't understand why people drink.

Well the big problem with Methodists is their church was founded by non-christians that thought the bible as somehting that may or may not be true but teaches good morals. But these days somehow its a christian church.

It's 18 in Israel, most of Europe is 16 or 18, with a few, like Poland and Sweden with no drinking age, and the US with the highest drinking age (tied with no one) at 21. Actually, that's not technically true, here in Massachusetts, I can drink alcohol legally as long as my blood alcohol does not pass 0.02%, which is about 1/3 of a can of beer.

As for guns, a baby could buy a gun in the US...well, seriously, go to Maine, it's like 16 or something. I just watched Bowling For Columbine the other day, hilarious, getting a free gun at a bank...GREAT movie, EVERYONE should see it.

And last but not least,
Warren
