I just tell them im the butler and the family (as in my family) is on vacation and will return they're call as soon as possible

Shame it'll do nothing the way the gov't has that set up. Just a way to extort telemarketers, you have to pay like $70k to get their do no tcall list, and your fined if you call anyone on that list.
