The Mustang is a 160hp 3000 pound car. It's SLOW. I'd be surprised if it could stay with you, as the Mustang is a car that shouldn't be able to beat a MINI.

I used to dart in and out of traffic on the freeway in my cougar doing 120, it handled it fine..
