Yes. They sued the aunt, but it was directed at the twelve year old girl. I cannot even believe that the RIAA would make the INCREDIBLE mistake of (indirectly) suing a 12 year old honor-roll girl living in the inner city downloading nursery rhymes (among other things of course). Unfathomably stupid.

because she has no idea of the reprocussions, most likely she probably didn't even know it was illegal.

I bet you she did know, my 9 year old cousin knows that downloading music is illegal, he does it anyways, and hes not that smart too. Whats to say that 12 year old didnt know it was illegal?
