Sorry. Everyone is entitled to thier opinion, I will restrain from speaking mine if it is too drastic in the future. I've just had really bad experiences with the Palm OS, I sincerely apoligize if I have offended anyone.

Bluetooth is far from dead, it's being integrated into the majority of new phones and nearly all new PocketPCs sans the budget lines.

Jadam-

Look how long your posts are, you expect me to read through all of that rhetoric?

Make 'em short and sweet and you've got my attention.

Even if TapWave capitalized on streamlining it's OS, over 98% of it's current software is written for an older core and OS. So much for all that extra horsepower... I guess we'll have to wait for the next version of Bejeweled to tap into all that muscle.

My Clie plays 320x240 video as well, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to Palm and Kinoma. If by Divx quality you mean dropped frames, and at the least, a clear picture during low motion scenes, then yeah, that sounds about right.

Regarding opening any file type, that's great, and about time. My Clie can read files from the Memstick, as can my Visor Deluxe. Unfortunately, only new software can take advantage of this, and as of now, that's not much outside of multimedia. So again, all the 19k+ software titles currently available for Palm don't mean squat on the Zodiac.

Your best bet would be getting a GP32 and hoping for a Palm emulator. At least that device was designed with actual gaming in mind, not simply the notion of doing so.

You can't judge a new machine's performance by the previouse machines' games. We don't know how efficient the new machine's architechure is. Though I think the reason for the architechure choosen was either price or the next 3D enabled version. It will be at least a year before programs are made, and maybe after Palm OS 6.0, that really show off this machines potential, the Pocket PC is only just reaching this stage now. But the thing is still too slow, no 3D, too expensive, and I think they plan to release a improved version for when the cheaper and better PSP comes out. At the moment it's best to stick to PPC, or buy a half priced GP 32 handheld.

By the way what is the relationship between Jadamm and Jadam, this is confusing. Are these two seperate people or does he have two Usernames, and he just quoted himself?

Wayne.
