Ok, so having received the SPV E200 phone from Orange, I was all like "Hey, I have this old SPV phone now, maybe I'll give it to my brother"
That's cool and all, but that's not where this story ends...
"So, brother... there's paint chipping on the bottom, how about I paint the phone for you? What colour you want it?"
Having read posts of people painting their SPV on MoDaCo, I thought "Hey, I can paint, it... why not?"
So there we go, 5 coats done.. just need to put it all together, and I'm done!
*turns it on*
Cool, it still works! Yay! But what's that marking on the screen? It looks like dust or something? So, I start thinking again... "Lets try to get it off!"
So, off to remove the dust from the screen!
Got my screen-cleaning cloth thing, let's just whipe down the dust? Hmm... doesn't seem to be coming off? Just push a little harder...
Hmm, it doesn't seem to be coming off? Oh well, let's just put it back together and turn it on.
GAH!!!! There's a big black mark on the screen? Ok.. Ok.. we can get that off.. let's just try some of this screen polish stuff...
GAH!!!! It's even worse?
Rinse and repeat, with different "solutions"
Final Product: An SPV that's funky blue coloured, but that has a screen that looks like someone sharpied all over the bottom half.
Note to self: Don't try to fix anything!
