Mapping buttons to keys?

Is there way to map a button to a key on the PocketPC? Maybe there is a program that does this. I am using an old Apple IIe emulator and it doesn't support mapping the arrow buttons to the keyboard's arrows properly on my Asus A620. It is not fun when playing Ultima V using the on-screen keyboard. :D
