Have been running Mandrake Linux 9.2 exclusively now since early February (I think), but am seriously considering shelling out ~380e(something like $450) for a copy of WinXP Pro very soon, just because summer is coming, which means I'd like to play some PC games too ;)

Sponge: are you running some shell, or are you just starting stuff from taskman [edit]oh, I see the small edges on the lower part of your screen now, so it is a shell[/edit] :P

Tomdon - you have got to give me links to your wallpaper, that cool thing you have at the side of your desktop (I had no idea they worked in the UK) and the theme you're using.

MZGuy - why pay for it? I bought one copy of XP Pro a long time ago, and it runs quite happily on 6 computers (me and my relatives) with no activation cracks needed. Just wait 30 days between each installation and Microsoft forget, bless 'em.

This is a clean installation of Windows, practically, that I took my screenshot of. Note the theme - the original Windows XP theme, though I might try something more adventurous at some point! :)

right well the theme is using style xp the wallpaper is from http://themexp.org/

then the side bar is Samurize

http://www.samurize.com/modules/news/

Its not easy to begin with but once you get the hang of it its really powerful. The config for it is my own with all the stuff I need like local weather cpu stats tv listings etc. Add me to your msn list if you need help with it, if im not working I can give you a hand.

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.
