Portable DVD Player

Portable DVD Player

I'm looking for a Walkman type device but I want it to play DVD video discs, I want it to have RCA ports on the rear so I can plug it into the back of a TV, and I want it to have a fireware/USB port so I can plug it into my computer and use it as a DVD/CDRW drive.

Has anyone ever heard of such a device?
