Looking back on the long and illustriously successful track-record of UN monitoring programs: I'm sure glad that they were frequently the foundation for American security operations under Clinton.

Clinton's domestic policy wasn't so bad for a Dem., but the guy really dropped the ball on several emerging international threats (which were well defined, even at that time). The guy didn't have the stomach and/or foresight to be a good commander in chief.
