Re-encode to MPEG4 SP without increasing file size?

Well, the bitrate obviously decides what the filesize will end up at. You will always lose quality when reencoding though (unless at a high bitrate). You'll probably just have to play around and see which bitrate/resolution, produces the best quality/size ratio. I guess you already knew this, but I felt like posting
