problems viewing movie with 7.1

where can i find windows media tech preview 2? i can hear the movie but i can't seem to be able to view it. please help? i've followed the how to directions.

I am also having that same problem, I have ripped a dvd converted that to avi with the how to instructions with this program but when I try playing it on my pocket pc all I hear is sound

We'll my problem was actually having a problem watching a .mwv movie on my ipaq. i can hear the sound but no video to be seen. In response to Supac i'm having the exact same problem with this movie i downloaded ( .avi movie ), can u give me a link to a divx player?

Keep in mind all avi files are not always divx files.

I don't know what kinda audio codec( Windows Media Player 7.1) i'm running but i need to know what to do to display the video. Maybe a link to a DivX player for a pocket pc?? help me out

i think its www.projectmayo.com .  DOnt use media player, get this divx player, get virtual dub from.... somewhere, recode your vids with the settings in these various threads, and watch them.
