Yeah 30 fps doesn't work, you need 15 fps for good full screen...well i think but anywaaaay.

I have a question. I encoded a music video at 30 fps, 320 x 240, 250 kp/s...It chopped up on my ipaq, so i encoded it to 15 fps, and the file it gave me was BIGGER than the other by .20 mebagytes. Hey I was impressed though, becaue it was only 6.57 megabytes on Windows Media, compared to the 40 megabyte MPEG

Anyone have an idea why the 15 fps was bigger than the 30 fps? I know the bitrate on the 15 fps was slightly larger, but that shouldn't affect it much with half the frames right?
