I wouldn't have any problem with that if the funds used were not off limits to the private sector.
In other words, let every education institution (private or not) bid for it and see who delivers the best plan for the money.
It doesn't have to be on the federal level - just establish certain standards and let the states or even local governments handle the bidding.

Same problem. We are not getting our money worth out of these programs. Given certain basic safety checks. these things should be privatized.

yea, back in the 1850s. They were racist but that wasnt a bad thing back then. I think it was just the irish and german immigrants they didnt like. I'm just saying they were a very successful 3rd party. I think they were the first one after switching from the single party system to a two party system.

I've always thought political parties are ruining our government. George Washington warned Americans not to form political parties after his term as president ended, I happen to agree.
