I'm pretty sure eMule won't be blocked.
Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

Bjorn: First off if DC++ isn't all that complicated. Almost all downloading programs allow you to set the ammount of people that can download from you at one time: ie slots. Also the chat feature is useful because not everyone shares everything they have. You can ask them to see if they have it somewhere else.
