Just because someone comes through a border doesn't mean their illegal. Infact, if someone comes through border patrol then they are NOT illegal. It's the people that sneak through someplace other than the border check points.
And what's wrong with illegal aliens? This ID card insures us that illegal aliens will be driving without a license or education. Previously illegal aliens could get driver's licenses and education. Now they're just going to skip that.
Plus, it means that people have to put down their real address on these RF ID cards, so if you go into court you can scan your judge's ID card, find out where he and his family live, and go threaten them. Currently a PO box can be used to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen for undercover cops and judges and such.
