I bought this for $3000. Insurance is not great, but affordable. 123k on the odometer.

3.8L V6 rated at 235HP. It's also rear wheel drive, it's VERY fun to drive!

You know your cars. Yes, it's a 96. Before I bought it I had it checked out by a mechanic, car is in great condition. He said as long as I change the oil every 2,500 miles it will last me well into the 200k mile mark.

Nice shell!

Now go pick up a used LS6 longblock from a C5-Z/06 (~$2,500USD), a T-56 Tremec Transmission (~$1000USD), and the associated electronics (ECM/PCM, wiring harness) and you'll have a 405hp monster! ;)

That's what I'm planning to do. As soon as you give me the money for it.
