It runs on the 525 with problems with the graphics (colors out of whack)? Wow, I didn't think it would render at all.

I know a guy with a 525 so I'll see what it looks like. Maybe there is something I we can do to fix it soon.

Even though the cartoon graphics look simplistic and 8-bit palettized, they are actually geared towards at least 12-bit color. Especially since the explosions and effects are all alpha.
Last modification: randall - 12/26/01 at 17:04:23

Yep. Like instead of yellow and red explosions, its shades of purple. I enjoy playing it, even if the colors are screwed up :) I was away toward downloading the Christmas version because the old version had the white screen. To my surprise... Anyway, hope you can fix it soon, it shouldn't be too hard hopefully.

Ok maybe it just me but I dont get these demos. I downloaded the new one and it didn't have new levels, all it had were some new splash screens when loading and a few more options. Also for some reason I wasn't getting sound on this demo but I got it on the last one??

There are alot of things added to the latest demo. The most significant are not seen (AI, stability)

The demos will always contain the same two levels. We won't offer any more than that, since we feel it gives a good idea of how the gameplay is. The Holiday demo was special.

Registered users will have access to all the levels, a random terrain generator, the previously offered Holiday-demo levels, user-created levels, Addon Mission packs plus any other "freebies" that I decide to release on the spurr of the moment.

Not to mention the abililty to play as the badass Nooginz, run through the missions and collect all the weapons.

The sound is turned off by default, to save memory requirements. This will at least get people to load the game, where they can turn on the sound if they have enough memory.

Last modification: randall - 01/07/02 at 08:04:17
