Ya, you see, I can afford that C class, with a little left to spare. Maybe I WILL get a new PocketPC.
But I think the RSX Type-S would be more fun to drive, even though the C class has consierge services and GPS consoles and all that nice stuff.

or if you want a car that can blow away an m3 or a porsche boxster then get an impreza wrx.
Handling wise it will take the piss out mustang cobras, camaros and all that crap.
It's only a 2 litre engine, and it's got more bhp than a 4 litre american engine.
Unfortunately it suffers a little in the style department.

I'd buy a rex before anything else. There is sooo much you can do to a WRX...do it...do it now.

Those WRX are the ugliest car I've ever seen. It's ugliness rivals that of the Ford ZX5 or the Toyota Echo!

A WRX can't beat an M3 or Porsche 986 (Boxster), but it'll put up a good fight. A teacher at my school has one, but it's a horribly ugly white stationwagen. Who would get the stationwagen? And in white! *sign*

I'd get the Benz (in green!), it has all the fun little buttons. And it kind of does look like a Renault Megane... Moose, I saw a dark blue one at an auto show, you'd like that one, or maybe the dark red one, that's real nice, just don't get the boring silver. (or make it like my car!! 8))

WHOA! You said that the Ford ZX5 and the Toyota ECHO are RIVALS of the Subaru!!! You are obviously quite confused little child. Jeez, a Toyota ECHO, how could you compare that to a Subaru Impreza WRX??

I was comparing their ugliness, not their performance.

Oddly enough that fits you quite well, Pam.

I've got to get my RSX, then I'll be good.

Moose, I thought you were comparing performance, lol, sorry.

Pam, I hate (no offense) those girls that get these stupidly huge SUVs and scream at people to get out of their way because they "own the road". That's the cause of many accidents up here, woman with giant SUVs go crazy with rage and smash people. A few months ago, we were on the highway, and this woman was screaming at us to get out of the way, and she tried to run us off the road (we were on the left lane [the fast lane, Paul], and she was in the middle pushing into our lane, pushing us into the grass median). I get my permit in 1.5 weeks! YAY! Hey Shapeshifter, how hard and how much training do you have to do to get a license? I know it's a million time harder to get one in Germany than in the US. In the US, you can crash on your driver's test and still get your license. I know this girl that crashed 3 separate times in a driver's training car, and she still got her license...and she's crashed 3 MORE times since then, yet still has her license.

Editted:
What about the Mitsubishi Lancer? At most $16,000. But it's not too fast, 120hp, that's like my car. But it looks cool, you'll have enough money afterwards to upgrade the engine with mods. Image

I just read some review on the Acura RSX, and they say "Pros, youthful styling, cons, unexpectedly bad performance". It may look good, but it's low quality. The American version of the Lancer is low quality too. I just say go with the Benz. Or if you want to take out a loan..., you can get a new BMW Z3...$31,000.

This one girl ran over garbage cans and took out some mailboxes on her driver's ed trip. The instructor had to lean over and take the wheel the entire way back to the school, about 10 miles. She got her licence that afternoon.
