Hmmmm just looking back through these posts and looking at the cars warren and moose are going on about buying, how old are you two? you say things like "im gonna buy a c-class merc so i have a bit of money left over to get a new pocketpc" then you say "in my math class", how the hell are you affording a merc when your still at school?
Is daddy buying one for you? Cos if he is you don't deserve it and i hope you crash it and write it off (without hurting yourself/someone else) cos it's the only way spoilt rich kiddies learn.
My 2 cents, i may be wrong, just the impression i got from reading your post kids

OK, the Anything Posts are mostly for REGISTERED members. It's not you business how they get a car, how much it costs, or how much they make.

People are getting money younger and younger. This site was CO-founded by a teenager.

The Whole "rich spoiled boy, BLA BLA BLA" shit is just pure jealousy.

If you want it in a mathematic form: How much your parents make is directly related to how much you will make, due to increased education, loaning of money for business related expenses, Etc. With a margin of error based on How hard you work.

Or, $ = Parents, +/- how hard you work.

So, Even if there parents are rich, they will most likely still make more then you.

Now, if you are going to insult people, you should at least register.

Lol ok, but you seriously think they've made enough money to buy a mercedes at 15/16 or however old they are? no, plain and simple, practically NO kid that age has anywhere near that amount of money unless he/she has been given it by his folks, now dont try and pretend its any other way. Ok you say that rich parents = earning more, and id agree to a certain extent, but you have the sort of parents that are well off and pay for things like a good education, everything the child needs, but they dont go out and buy them a £15000 car! if they get a car like that at such a young age they cant possibly appreciate it, you need to build up to these things and if theyve had the best from the start then theyre not going to appreciate it at all. Again this is all my opinion, im not jealous honestly, i'm 22 ive got a job now, if i wanted a nice car (not too nice mind hehe) i could go and buy one, but i have other things i want to spend my money on at the moment. My parents bought my first car when i was 17 and paid the insurance, but the car cost £500 and had, erm, character. Getting something that expensive at such a young ages is spoilt, and i think most people would agree with me. Anyway, dont want to argue with you, i just think that if they do get these expensive cars they will drive them like idiots due to lack of experience/over confidence and a fast car, bad combination!
again, just my opinion so dont get pissed at me, your entitled to your own opinion and if you dont agree with me thats fine.
P.s. i am registered, only yesterday admitadly, but im at work and havent bothered loggin in

I have a 1996 Volkswagen Golf Harlequin Edition. It cost $6300, and I PAID $2000 of it, by working over a summer. My parents paid the $4300 rest. I really don't know anyone in my grade that paid for their car. Yesterday I was talking to a stupid girl, and she said she has a 2001 BMW 325i, and that her aunt gave it to her, that's a $25000 car! She's like "yeah, whatever, I'll probably crash it, I don't give a f*ck". That's what I don't like, people getting really nice cars FOR FREE who don't deserve them! I don't know anyone in my school (I know ONE person that actually paid for their car, $1200 though) that paid anything for their car. In my class of 62 in my Driver's ed class, 75% have cars, nearly all of them got them for free from their parents. Then the teacher asked "who bought their car from a third person party?" and only 3 people out of 62 raise their hands (including me), and the other 2 didn't pay anything for their cars. My dad says to me "you're damn lucky for us to pay $4300, I don't think anyone at your school would have their parents pay that much", and I say "I don't know anyone else who paid anything for their car", and my dad says "that's not true!", and I say "yes it is, I know 7 people that have 2000+ Ford Mustangs, there's a 2001 Audi A4, 2 2000 Mercedes C-class, 3 2001 VW New Beetles, 4 1999+ VW Jettas, a 2002 VW Passat, 3 1999+ BMW 3 series, and many other nice cars". I saw this girl last week bitching that her parents just bought her a 2001 VW Cabrio, and she's bitching that it doesn't have leather seats. That's a $21000+ car, what a bitch! Hey bitch, mine has crank windows!! JEEZ! Still, my cars is better (as in condition, year, and stuff) than most of the cars in the student parking lot. Oh, and I'm 16.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."
