Yeah I guess it was my computer that screwed up, after restarting Internet Exploder it suddenly worked.

I had no problems converting the levels, except for some ugly pink edges around the stones on the foreground. Am fixing it now and wil put it online somewhere later... so you can all point and laugh at me ;)

Those ugly pink edges are very easy to eliminate, even if the entire image is aliased. (all my worked was smoothed). Hell no I didn't go through and touch them up by hand.

If there is interest, I'll try to write something up real quick.

Ok I removed the pink lines and it's online, you can download it

BTW:
I removed the pink lines with Photoshop, I just made the background image invisble. Selected the white area with the magic wand, tolerance set to 0. Then I filed that with pink (again tolerance at 0). Made the background image visible again et voila... nice foreground image with no pink lines.
It worked for me, but there probably is a better of doing it.
