Since a long time. It has an almost first-world per capita income, but it's unstable and in many other ways largely undeveloped (Its government and trade policies, for one). And it's still suckling at the teat of America.

If it takes care of the Palestinian issue, I'll call it first-world.

The economic development literature I've read refers to it as a non-first world country. Granted, they're a few years old by now.

It's debatable, but I'd still call it a third world country.

First off Israel doesn't represent all the Jews so saying that you back Jews in all their causes leads you into a circle. Jews are like other people and have contradicting ideas within themselves. Second off I doubt you can give us a viable reason for your stance on the issue.
