Some people actually live on ranches and stuff and need to carry a gun to shoot animals to protect property and safety, so I guess that those people need guns. This is sort of like a car debate (except a car is not designed as a weapon, except big SUVs like my family's Ford Expedition
). I mean, not everyone absolutely needs a car or a gun, but a lot of people enjoy using them. Cars can kill just as easily as a gun can. Am I right? Cars are part of American culture, and guns are part of American heritage (and some subcultures in America). Both were important to the nation's economy and/or prestige. Without guns, there would be no America. That's a fact. It's also a fact that can't be changed, since it is history. Anyways...
